Forklift and Aerial Equipment Certified

CAL-OSHA Certified - Title 8, Order 3664
Only drivers authorized by the employer and trained in the safe operation of industrial trucks or industrial tow tractors shall be permitted to operate such vehicles.  Methods shall be devised to train operators in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.

OSHA Regulation SB 198 - Effective 7/1/1998
Requires every employer regardless of size or industry to provide safety training "specific to the employees job assignment."  (This means training at your facility specifically with your material handling equipment.  

OSHA Regulation:  1910.67 (c) (2) (i):
Only trained persons shall operate an aerial lift.
